We normally use the USPS for all shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges:

In general, we do not accept returns, however will make exchanges for the same item, if there is damage.

Wood products, by their nature, can splinter.  If you purchase a wooden product and it is damaged, please send us an email with a picture of the damage.  We will evaluate the damage, and if significant enough, will send out a replacement.

If you purchase an item made by another manufacturer, and that item is damaged after unsealing the product, we will send out a replacement once we receive the original product.
